As part of Barneys ongoing reconfiguring of its NYC flagship store, the original Fred’s restaurant was moved from the lower level to the ninth floor. SawickiTarella assisted with creating a floor dedicated to cosmetics in the vacated space, using their expertise with tight budgets and schedules to successfully complete this new showcase area.
