We have just completed the full renovation/conversion of this Landmarked, 150-year West Village building to house our offices. Our new home on the upper floors showcases the contrast between old and new, revealing and restoring the original materials while outfitting it for 21st century uses. STAD is acknowledging its past and looking forward to its future as we begin our 90th year of practice.

STAD has begun working with this national brand of art supply stores as they continue to expand throughout the United States. The first two projects are in Savannah, GA and New York City.

Since completing their new stores in Las Vegas and Aventura we continue to assist this luxury Swiss brand as they roll out a series of new stores throughout the United States.

STAD has recently been retained by this world renowned designer of fine porcelains, silver and other precious materials to help create a new concept for display of their statuary, tableware and many other decorative items at a new Madison Avenue location.

We continue assisting the ownership of this 1920’s terracotta building in improving and upgrading the infrastructure of public spaces to restore it to its former glory. This effort reflects the up-and-coming location of these midtown blocks and will include a LEED certification for the project.

STAD has been assisting ownership with the restoration of this former department store at the north end of the Ladies Mile Historic District. This Landmark façade, facing three different streets will be recreated including copper framing, art deco tile work, Beaux-arts cartouches and flag poles and many other turn-of-the-century flourishes.
